On rare occasions we build sites that need to be able to handle extremely large volumes of traffic, where a shared platform is not appropriate (at management’s discretion). We have a responsibiilty to all our clients to keep server load to a reasonable level. These sites will need to be hosted on their on VPS, which we will provide a quote for at the time, when required.
Support for your website hosting and email will be available to you during our usual working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The remaining 50% of the website design package payment will be invoiced two weeks after the website preview or prior to the website going live (which ever comes first). Note this is not the launch or “go live” phase, which will occur once approved.
Additional functionality may be invoiced as it is completed, or in a combined invoice with the design package remainder.
